Freshly roasted coffee with well balanced and complete aroma, with low acidity. Coffee prepared with Brasil Cerrado Double Fermented can be enjoyed at any time of the day, both day and night. It is cultivated at 800-1200 meters altitude. Rich aroma of nuts, bourbon, chocolate and caramel. This region of Brazil is known for the rich and fertile soil – called by the locals “Terra Roxa” or “Red Earth”, necessary for cultivation for an excellent coffee production.
