Freshly roasted coffee single origin from Ethiopia. Ethiopian coffee is known especially for its rich, full-body, sweet and complex aroma, low acidity, floral aroma, slightly woody with notes of walnuts, sugar cane, berries, blueberry, citrus and a bright and soft velvety finish. The high height of the Sidamo region allows the berries to really take their time growing, absorbing the sun, soil and tropical climate. The coffee beans are harvested by hand, washed and dried in the sun before being shipped. A medium roasting is best for these coffee beans, to highlight the floral aroma of nuts and citrus in a flood of sweetness that creates addiction.
